Our room had great amenities like air conditioning and a TV, and the atmosphere at the hotel was unique, located in a central historic area.

Booked it for 3 days and had a FINE experience. The staff was absolutely kind and excellent at all times. The location was unbeatable and incredible for traveling around Noto, close enough to the centre of Noto, all the monuments and the sea. It was easy to get to Porta Reale Monument.

During my recent business trip to Noto, I had the pleasure of staying at Zioli Bed & Breakfast, a hotel chosen by my director. One of the highlights of my stay was the hot tub. It provided a perfect escape for some rest and relaxation after a long day of meetings and work. The hot tub was well-maintained and clean, offering a serene and soothing environment for guests to unwind. The peaceful atmosphere enhanced my overall experience at Zioli, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle the next day's challenges.

The double room has a great view of the city. the room includes an electric kettle and glassware. - It's clean and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. - the location is magnificent and amazing. - It's really close to Sicily and all the monuments.

This place is in a fantastic location near all the attractions, restaurants, the center, and the sea, and it was easy to get to a Baroque 18th-century palace; the triple room was excellent and clean.

We liked that the location was within walking distance to all the sites and restaurants. the room was charming with a mix of antique and modern furniture. the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was a highlight with a variety of locally made cakes and fresh fruit. the rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and drink in the views.

It was a bit noisy at night, maybe due to the location in the lively historic area.

The continental breakfast was so generous, I felt like I was in a buffet marathon. And not just any terrace, a rooftop terrace! Oh, how fancy. They even had a shared lounge, because who doesn't want to share their personal space?
